25.01.2022 To all our loyal patients, In light of current government restrictions, all non-urgent routine dental appointments will need to be postponed until further notice. If you have an appointment booked between now until Wednesday 17th February 2021 inclusive, we will be in contact to reschedule your appointment. For all other appointments scheduled after this date, we are awaiting notice and will be in contact with you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.... Please bear in mind that for rescheduled appointments, we advise rescheduling these appointments for at least a few weeks given the uncertain circumstances and unforeseeable future. We thank you for your understanding. With that being said, our clinic is still operating and we are open to see all emergency appointments that fall under current ADA guidelines. 16.01.2022 COVID-19 Update: In line with Victoria's road map to recovery, from Monday 28th September 2020, we will be able to see patients for the majority of non-urgent dental appointments. This includes: ... - Routine check-ups - Cosmetic consultations - Fillings (under specified conditions) - Orthodontic appointments - Dentures - Root Canal treatment - Extractions - All emergencies Unfortunately, scale and clean appointments are still restricted under Australian Dental Association guidelines until further notice. We will be able to see patients for checkups, fillings, denture fittings, orthodontic adjustments and any other preventative and non-invasive dental procedures.... Unfortunately, routine cleans do not fall under this category. We will see those who are due for their routine checkup and xrays. cleans will be put on our wait list. 03.01.2022 Dear Patients, The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many of us and we have witnessed an extraordinary impact on our lives, families and work. In the weeks leading up to this moment, our clinic has enforced protocols in line with current government restrictions so that we have been able to treat our patients in a safe working environment. ... It is a rapidly changing situation; and the safety of our patients, staff and community are our priority. As a result, we have changed our working hours and conditions as of this week onwards to comply with new government restrictions. With your best interests at heart, we will need to postpone any non-urgent dental appointments - this includes your routine check up and clean.
