13.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new. Just a small section of a drain we replaced today in dianella. Removed the old earthenware piping and replaced it with PVC piping to prevent on going maintenance caused by root invasion. #prestoplumbing#perthplumber #fridayjobs

11.01.2022 Another recently finished renovation we completed in cottesloe. The existing bath was leaking through to the unit below. We assessed the cause of the leak and found it to be the connection between the waste outlet and the drain connection. After consulting with the client on methods of correctly repairing the leak. It was decided they would go ahead and renovate the bathroom instead. We removed the bath and altered the drainage to allow for a shower to go in it's place. Replaced the toilet for a back to wall suite. And replaced the vanity for a modern 1200 vanity with a bench top mixer. Replaced both the shower and vanity drains from steel to PVC. #prestoplumbing#perthplumber#bathroomrenovation
