With Positive Mental Attitude, failure is a learning experience, a rung on the ladder, a plateau at which to get your thoughts in order and prepare to try again. Sorry for the lack of posts in the last few days, due to personal issues I have had to lay low and compose myself. Although I have been down and doubting myself, it has taught 2 major things; - If at first you fail, try again. And again. And again. Persistence is k...ey. - We must never dwell on the negatives, your life wont get any better if you focus on the bad experiences, you make your own happiness, go out and get it.

Secondly, I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and New Years break with lots of fun and indulging! Thirdly, how is this heat wave were having in Melbourne at the moment! There is no way I can even think about working out in this heat! Or can I..... Water is one... of the best free fitness tools: It provides great resistance, is low impact so everyone can have a go, and most of all its so refreshing in this heat! You can walk, run, squat, lunge, you name it most gym exercises can be altered in some way or another to do in the water! Once your done in the water, if your at the beach, sand is also a great tool to use! Its not level so it is great for stability exercises and improving your balance! Or throwing a ball around with your mates! Remember to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration and SLIP SLOP SLAP! So what are you waiting for!? Grab some friends and hit the water!

05.01.2022 2 of my favourite & healthy ways to beat the heat! 1. Frozen yoghurt drops - get your favourite healthy yoghurt - place in drops onto baking tray... - freeze for around 45 minutes or until frozen solid. - enjoy as a delicious cold treat! 2. Homemade fruit pops - get your favourite fruits together, chop/slice - fill icypole mould with fruit then fill with water or fresh fruit juice for a citrusy frozen healthy icypole!
