23.01.2022 Just letting everyone who is waiting on photos from the East Moreton Branch ASHS event held at Kilcoy this weekend (30 & 31 March 2018) know, that I am editing photos as fast as I can. With two full days of riding, we have several thousand photos to upload, sort and edit, and unfortunately it is very time consuming. Makes for very long days at the computer! I am trying to get through them as quickly as possible. Congratulations to all the riders, horses and helpers for organising such an enjoyable event!

21.01.2022 Congratulations to Kimberley Sammon for winning and placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Gordon McGeary Memorial Challenge at the Rosewood Show on the weekend. Fantastic effort to take the first three placings across the conformation, presentation, station hack, working station horse and cut out sections. I was not able to photograph all the classes and only got to the cut out event later in the afternoon. Congratulations to all the place-getters and competitors. This is such a great event - well done to the McGeary Family for hosting this event.

19.01.2022 I spent today at the Marburg Show, where it was SO windy and there was so much going on. I had a moral dilemma about just staying at home and editing photos from a back log of events, but it was good to have a break from constantly editing. It was a lovely show and it is very enjoyable when you get the chance to photograph lovely people presenting their horses so well and representing their respective breeds. This is just a quick pick of a lovely combination from Ring 5 - all other photos will be processed, sorted and edited as soon as possible.

19.01.2022 Well done to the East Moreton Branch (EMB) of the Australian Stock Horse Society (ASHS) for hosting the 3rd Annual Emma Hansen Memorial hack and dressage day. Emma Hansen was a talented young equestrienne who was sadly taken from her family, friends, and the equestrian world far too early. Her father, Kevin, proudly presented many of the awards today. It was lovely to see SO MUCH PINK in memory of Emma! Congratulations to all the riders and their support crew there was a ...fantastic number of horses and riders in attendance. Well done to the organising committee who made sure that everything ran smoothly, and all riders had a fun, entertaining and safe day. Super effort from the judges and stewards too. Emmas event was sponsored by the East Moreton Branch of the ASHS, Kevin and Lynne Hansen, Toyboy Brahman Stud, Highplains Stock Horse Stud, Blue Pacific Stock Horse Stud, Jo Kerr, Rayview Saddlery and Morayfield Produce Supplies. I have many photos to upload and edit and I will get them done as soon as I can. I have another event to photograph tomorrow, so it is a busy weekend, and editing is unfortunately very time consuming. They will be done as soon as possible though. 17.01.2022 In amongst home (yes, I really should look after my own children, husband and horses at some stage ) and work (always busy) commitments, I am slowly getting through the backlog of orders and photos from events. I am doing the best that I can, given current commitments, and spending as many hours at the computer as possible. When there are thousands of photos from a show or event, it takes eons to individually process, edit and sort the images. Even just sorting them into r...ings or class takes hours. I process and edit the images individually - I do not upload batch-processed images that have not been checked. So for those of you who have asked for photos and placed orders (and thank you), I have done a fair few of them, and for those of you still waiting, please bear with me they are on their way. I have had to prioritise orders by request, so please let me know if you are after images from a particular event. If you have already placed an order or sent me a message, then I have you on my list and it will be done as soon as possible. All orders and requests are being processed as promptly as possible. If you have received proofs, but not placed your order yet, please let me know if you would like the images. 10.01.2022 Just an apology for taking so long with the photos from the East Moreton and West Moreton ASH events from these two events we ended up with thousands of photographs, which all need sorting and editing. We have a lot going on at home at the moment, with renovations, kids, horses, work etc., and it has been challenging to get enough hours at the computer for the past couple of weeks. Even the sorting into horse/rider/event takes a long time, and with the format that the photo...graphs come off the camera they also need editing. I sort and edit the photos individually to make sure that only the best photos of you and your horse get uploaded (e.g. rider has their eyes open, horse has their eyes open, best stride, most flattering image etc.). This means going through each of the photos individually to check them, so that I can provide quality images, not just all the photos straight off the camera. Given the time it is taking me to get through these photos, just for these two events, I will now focus on the photo orders so please contact me by PM or email [email protected] if you would like to buy photographs, and I will provide you with all the proofs of you and your horses from these events, so that you can select photos. If you have already contacted me about purchasing photos, dont worry I have your details and I will send you your proofs this weekend (I am away for work again this week). 03.01.2022 Good morning everyone! With the photographs from the Emma Hansen Memorial Hack and Dressage Day, I will be progressively loading the images throughout the day. There will be separate albums for the led classes, ponies, galloways, hacks, young horses, dressage and the kiddies corner. Apologies for the delay with getting them up, but I have had a very busy week at work (and we have kids, horses, home life to manage too, just like you all do). The processing and editing is quite... time consuming too, its not just a matter of uploading them from the memory card. There is a lot of processing, editing, sorting etc. involved, and there are a couple of thousand photos.
