18.01.2022 A note from Matt and Amanda: As we navigate the evolving challenges presented by COVID-19, patient care and wellbeing remains our highest priority. Our doors will remain open for patients for as long as people keep coming, albeit with the utmost care taken for infection control and social distancing. Physiotherapy is a critical service, particularly for those with acute and chronic conditions, and we are committed to working with patients on your individual needs to help you... manage through this period. We will continue to adapt as things change and until further notice would like to advise all patients of the following: - All hard surfaces throughout the clinic continue to be disinfected between each patient visit. This includes reception. Sanitiser is available in every room for your use - Where possible gaps will be booked between patient appointments. Patients are asked to please avoid arriving early, to avoid lengthy waits in the reception area. - All clinicians will run on time and have been asked to avoid running beyond the allocated appointment times - Please do not bring others with you to your appointment (this includes partners, children etc) - Amanda is now working remotely and covering reception and phone from home. Your treating clinician will take payment at the conclusion of your appointment - No cancellation fees whatsoever will be charged by our clinic throughout this period. Please do whatever you think is best for your circumstances. We understand and will still be here to help you when this is all over. Today it was announced that Telehealth will become available for Physiotherapy appointments, in specific cases. We will monitor for updates as the Government works through the detail. Matt and Amanda would like to thank all of our patients for their continued well wishes and support. We are here for you all so please pick up the phone if you have any questions or need help! 13.01.2022 Sick of strapping tape leaving a rash on your skin? Our hypoallergenic tape is what you need! It doesn't have zinc oxide in the glue like most standard rigid tapes, which causes skin irritation. Our clients love it, and you won't need to use Hypafix underneath which will save you $$!!!
