25.01.2022 Q: How on earth did Joel and I absolutely on the competition and purchase our own homes in a matter of weeks in this sizzling hot property market? 3 words: Mindset. Mindset. Mindset. ... You need to think like a WINNER to crush the competition and buy your new home... Because there ain’t no second place here guys. It’s either go in like a boss and take your throne... Or go back to the drawing board with your ‘Good Try’ ribbon. How do you do this? Research the crapola out of your property, comparable properties, the agent, the vendor - everything! Understand how to create a win/win deal for all parties that is absolutely drenched in Power and Certainty. Joel and I will be talking more on this over the coming weeks and months. 24.01.2022 I’ve held my breath for over 13 HOURS this year... WTF?!?! Bio-hacking and body tracking has taught me a tremendous amount about my body and mind over the past 12 months. You can see how certain routines and habits (or lack there of), impact your day, and ultimately your life.... The shot below is from the Wim Hof breath app... Where you breathe deeply for a minute or so, then hold your breath on an OUT breath (no, not in, like you’d think). My average retention time is 2-minutes, which is insane to see in data format below. Science tells us this exercise triggers your immune system and awakens your body. It brings on the adrenaline equivalent of a bungy jump, whilst feeling completely relaxed and zoned out. So weird. Wim, along with Tom Bilyeu, Dr Joe Dispenza, Sabri Suby & Jordan B Peterson... is one of my 5 go-to guys - My ‘E-mentors’, if you will. They all have a different field of expertise and come together to guide me to be a better me. Blessed!

PS I worked on this spreadsheet for about an hour after making this video and populated all the info from our managing agents EOFY statements. Now all I need to do is add the other big ticket stuff, like interest on home loans, insurance etc. PPS If this is of any interest to you (and believe me, I so know it's not for a lot of you), I can do another vid once the spreadsheet is completed, to show you exactly how much an investment property costs to hold. Like, real-life numbers - not just what the spruikers tell y'all.

And unless you go beast mode... And move heaven and earth to make it happen... You’ll just be another ‘runner-up’. With no home and a ‘good try’ award. 12.01.2022 I can’t watch this and not smile every single time. It perfectly encapsulates everything we stand for. And is the very reason we work and fight so hard for our clients.... This is Martyn & Anne. They helped their daughter and son-in-law... Lucy and Michael - Purchase their first home. I knew they were awesome parents... When Martyn called me at the start... And kindly asked me to look after the kids and do the right thing by them. What Dad does that, right?! BUT I SOOO related! As I will be doing the exact same thing with my kids when they grow up. What followed was a family endeavour. With everyone helping and working together towards the big goal. It was lovely to see and be a part of. BEST of all... Lucy and Michael did this against all the odds! After lots of hard work from them... And lots of mentoring from us. But that’s a story I’ll let them tell when I interview them over a beer or two one of these days... Guys, congratulations from Team Prez. And thank you kindly for letting us be a part of your story. 07.01.2022 Late night jazz noodling... There’s something very meditative about jammin’ aimlessly. You forget the outside world for a moment...... And let your fingers (and heart) have a little impromptu dance on the fretboard. No mind chitter chatter. Just pure presence. And the beauty is, anything can pop out and it all kinda works (especially if you make it lk like you meant it!). And if you land on the wrong note... Pfft... Just slide it up or down one fret and voila... #someantit This is simple bluesy noodling in B flat, with some inappropriate metal-esque riffage in there for good measure. I hover around the first pentatonic scale (cuz I’m lazy and it’s easy), and connect notes chromatically to sound ‘progressive’, maaan. So Youtube a backing track and have some fun. It’s good for the soul!

So THEY get paid to ‘service her’ her, while WE do the work. Why is that so gnarly? Because Ann knows we genuinely want to help and serve her, regardless if there’s a pay day in it for us or not.
