23.01.2022 Bingara Gorge Wilton progress shots. Roofing completed yesterday by @sutton_roofingaust House wrapped with Kingspan Air Cell insulation @kingspan_insulation_au Window feature trims installed and ready for cladding to start going on today.

21.01.2022 The team @balanceconcreteconstructions were busy Monday & Tuesday at our Harrington Grove build forming up driveway, pathways plus pool and cabana areas for pouring in the coming days. This home is getting very close handover now.

19.01.2022 Wilton Frames and Trusses complete now. Fascia and gutter fitted. Roofing to commence on Wednesday.

19.01.2022 Gledswood Hills frames and trusses completed last week. Fascia and gutter is going on today followed by roofing in the coming days.

15.01.2022 Roofing complete at our Gledswood Hills build. Another quality job by @sutton_roofingaust Bricklaying to start on Monday.

14.01.2022 Harrington Grove progress. Lower window moulds fitted, wet area tiling complete, first floor painting complete, kitchen joinery works complete, electrical power is on and plumbers have started fitting off. The team have been busy the last 2 weeks. We are a couple of weeks away from handover now.

14.01.2022 It’s been a busy fortnight at our Revesby Heights build. Joinery works and garage door installation last week. This week we had electrical fit off and power turned on plus installation of timber flooring and carpet. Not long to handover now.

12.01.2022 Razorback progress shots. Wall frames are going up, swimming pool steel being placed and 120,000 litre concrete water tank completed yesterday.

09.01.2022 It’s been a busy few weeks at our Harrington Grove build. Painters and tilers have been busy working inside. Next week kitchen joinery is being installed. All on track for handover in December.

08.01.2022 Watch this space. Custom made spotted gum pivot entry door and jamb being built on site by Rob our carpenter from @colagiuri_constructions at our Revesby Heights build.

08.01.2022 Earlwood internal linings, cornices and sanding now complete. Next we move onto electrical cut outs than stage 1 painting.

07.01.2022 The Serenity at Gledswood Hills progress shots. Internal carpentry fix out completed last week followed by waterproofing. Over the weekend stage one painting was complete. Today waterproofing was inspected by council and passed. Tomorrow our tilers are on site to start wet areas and external tiling works.

06.01.2022 Internal cleaning in progress at our Harrington Grove build. This beautiful home is about 1 week away from being handed over to our clients.
