22.01.2022 QUIET - Words and music by MILCK and AG. (CW: Sexual assault, mentioned) In the year of our 30th birthday, and in lockdown, the Sopranos and Altos of MGLC have... recorded a powerful song about finding the courage to speak up and be heard. Performed flash-mob style by MILCK and a group of like-minded singers at the 2017 Women’s March on Washington, the video was shared on social media and garnered more than 8 million views in 2 days. QUIET immediately resonated with survivors of sexual assault and supporters world-wide, kickstarting a global movement, and becoming the unofficial anthem of Women’s marches across the globe. In 2020, the message is still all too relevant. #ICANTKEEPQUIET https://icantkeepquiet.org/about MILCK Melbourne Gay & Lesbian Chorus shOUT Youth Chorus

21.01.2022 This year has been a difficult year for all of us, but even more so for individuals living with disability who haven’t been able to access their support networks as easily. Today we’d ask you to join in with the world to recognise the hardships faced by this very special community and look forward to a much brighter future!

07.01.2022 Yesterday was World AIDS Day where we were reminded that a much longer and slower viral pandemic has been happening around us since 1981 with no vaccine or cure. Sadly, 20 Australians are still diagnosed with HIV every week. HIV is still here so we remind you all to stay vigilant and educated so that we might one day see the end of this deadly disease.

07.01.2022 Things are looking promising! https://www.telegraph.co.uk//brazilian-man-may-first-pers/

05.01.2022 Here’s something nice amongst all this doom and gloom. After witnessing one of our clients having an absent seizure out in public a kind woman from our community not only drove the client home but returned the next day with a First Aid goodie bag! It’s so heart-warming to see such kindness coming from strangers!

04.01.2022 Colin Franks celebrating his birthday in ISO last week. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in person
