You can manually exfoliate with a glycolic scrub, or even a lactic, using slow circular motion with your fingers or automatic cleansing brush. ... Tip - adding a salicylic product like bobbi brown skin clarifier to get you through until your in-clinic facials will definitely bring on some magic to your skin as well. 16.01.2022 Monday - Detox Holidays are approaching, celebrations are scheduled and with that comes alot of self indulging in food, sweets and drinks. With me, I love to take some time in between the busy social gatherings and just Detox. ... My Detox routine - lemon in mineral water (you can add cucumber too &...why not mask) coconut oil or almond oil massaged into my hair and left overnight.(put a towel over your pillow) adding a little radox and aroma therapy oils to my bath and relax! ( sometimes I like to add milk to just nourish my skin) A little meditation-10mins of breathing exercise followed by a little dance Finally some healthy meals full of vegies and protein. 07.01.2022 Wishing you all a lovely Merry Christmas. Thank you all for your support and love this year. Starting a new business and following my passion is not a easy thing to decide on. Its scary, there are moments where I doubt myself and moments where I feel I'm not good enough, but then I ask myself why did I choose to do this? And my answer is because I love helping people feel beautiful inside and out. So im grateful for this year and for the opportunities I have been given and plenty more to come in 2021!
