22.01.2022 It has been a long time since I have felt that nervous excitement you get when experiencing something new and daunting. My finalist interview is done and dusted until all is revealed next month which means time to knuckle down, (pun intended), and continue to focus on our new location and continue growing our incredible family business. It has literally been a whirlwind since we opened and to be honest, I found it challenging fitting in the time to prepare for my interview wi...th the influx of clients we have had needing assistance. We absolutely are blown away by all of the support we have had from our clients and the community since reopening. We weren't sure what the outlook was when we were forced to close earlier in the year but like I said in my interview, we have burned our boats and the only place to move is forward. Meditation Classes are starting in September so make sure you get in touch if you would like to secure a spot. The meditations we will be exploring will aide in reducing stress, anxiety and muscular tension along with promoting positive sleep. We are limiting numbers to a small group until next year so spots will go quite quickly. We are starting meditation group in a few weeks and tonight I have come in to see if the space is ready and test out my music options. It is really such an amazing and chilled vibe in here at the moment. You will all LOVE IT!

02.01.2022 We held our first Meditation Group last night and it was such a lovely atmosphere. Thank you to all of those who attended. We are currently limited to a small group but we all managed to get to a peaceful state of bliss. If you would like to come to one of our groups please contact me directly to secure your space. Meditation group is every Monday night at 6pm with an additional 7:30pm session starting in early October. First class is complimentary and $12 per session thereafter.
