23.01.2022 Squats done correctly are a very efficient use of your time in the gym. Posture, core activation, breath control are all just as important to squatting as hip Drive and posterior chain utilisation. I actually think about pushing the floor away rather than lifting the bar. Thats just what works for me. I pretty much only do back squats and deadlifts to maintain my leg strength for Jiu Jitsu but there are many variations of both of these lifts. If I dont have much time squats is my go to. I love squatting in an empty gym. My Primal screams on the final sets can be a little offputting to some people.
