25.01.2022 Last week Primas Industrial Cleaning was asked to solve a very fishy cleaning conundrum for an engineering company. The engineers had removed two high value submersible pumps that were completely encrusted with barnacles and other crustaceans. The pumps needed to be quickly serviced and redeployed, however, the engineers could not remove the contaminants and open the pump casings. The engineers estimated that it would take days of manual cleaning to gain access to the pumps. Primas Industrial Cleaning solved this problem by removing the contaminants with dry ice blasting. 07.01.2022 Have you ever tried to remove melted plastic that has adhered to brick pavers? We guess not because you would probably still be at it! Recently Primas Industrial Cleaning was called out to a busy shopping mall where an air conditioning unit had caught fire, burnt out and set fire to a large plastic awning. As the air conditioning unit and awning burnt out they dripped molten plastic onto the brick pavers below. The plastic then cooled and set on the brick pavers. Our client h...ired a commercial cleaning company to remove the plastic from the bricks but they failed. Because the brick pavers could not be matched and easily replaced our client was faced with having to repave a large part of their shopping mall walkway.
