15.01.2022 Prime Medical Property Group wish to clarify some points released via Whittlesea Leader and the Herald Sun, regarding the up coming private hospital development in Epping. Whilst the site is capable of housing a 300 bed private hospital facility, it is likely that the facility will initially be sized in the 80-100 bed range, with future potential to upscale to a 300 bed facility. We have been overwhelmed with interest from the public on this project and wish to point out that our intentions are to ensure the facility meets (and exceeds) the health needs of the north and will do everything within our capabilities to keep the community at the forefront of any progress on this development.
