22.01.2022 Last bootcamp before the government shuts us down. Super proud of my troops, smashed a solid HIIT session while it last. We will be back stronger than ever. There are always ways to stay fit at home. Do what you can do stay fit and motivated, we are all in this together.

20.01.2022 HOME WORKOUT TIP #1 - Perform compound movements !! Compound (multi-joint) exercises such as the squat, lunges or push-ups are great bang-for-buck choices for those who are time constraint, since they hit multiple muscle parts simultaneously. Compound exercises (especially lower-body) are great at incorporating your core, forcing you to switch on those muscles that help stabilise your hip (which everybody pretty needs right now from sitting on our asses all day).... Compound exercises also promotes functional movements better than isolation exercises can. For instance, proper squat mimics kneeling down and picking up stuff better than isolated leg extension can. 13.01.2022 Hope everyone in VIC is pulling through. Many are finding it strenuous on their mental health. If you're depressed and unmotivated, you're not alone. A great way to help deal with this issue is to exercise first thing in the morning. Not only will it kickstart your day, but also release endorphins (Happy hormones in your brain) to help you stay positive and motivated at tasks!
