17.01.2022 How do we keep our children natural in today's world? Well I find that as long as our home is a sanctuary full of natural organic goods and free from toxins and advertising as much as possible, my children, all four of them ranging from 11-17, follow,when at home this way of living. I have been implementing since they were born. When they are out they donor always follow these rules but to me that is not important as long as most of them time they are.

16.01.2022 Consider this Christmas teaching your children to give something back. Spend some time helping out Neighbours, donate some clothes to the needy or spend some time at an aged care home. Even half an hour will be a great benefit to you and your child. :)

05.01.2022 Parenting is not about being perfect its about being good enough! Parental guilt starts from before birth and continues throughout your child's life. Make sure you don't let it consume you, you are doing a great job! Cassie
