Resting while in acute pain is important, but MOVE as soon as your pain symptoms are controlled. 06.01.2022 Strawberry picking this weekend to do our bit for the farmers. You really do need great hip mobility to pick this low growing fruit without your back getting fatigued!! Turns out the media coverage was premature when asking citizens for help so we will return in September to do our part again
