16.01.2022 PRIME POOL CARE CELEBRATING 20 YEARS This year marks 20 years since Aaron and Alison Hansen started Prime Pool Care. We wanted to go out by ourselves says Aaron. We chose the pool industry as it would suit our needs. We had started a family and wanted the sort of business that was flexible to suit as our family grew.... It was a humble start. With Alison at home looking after their first child and doing the book work, Aaron started to build the business - one customer at a time with leaflet dropping and door to door greetings. Our first service vehicle was Alisons Toyota Corolla. We now run a fleet of seven utes with nine full time staff, managing over four hundred pools throughout Sydney. As their reputation for quality work grew, they were approached by Freestyle Pools at Thornleigh, to handle the equipment installation and maintenance on new pools. Its a relationship thats still going strong and has allowed Prime Pool Care to offer similar services to other pool builders such as Premier Pools, based at Lindfield. They are another quality pool builder covering all of Sydney, building near to two hundred pools a year. Were not a pool shop says Alison. We are a fully mobile pool service company that provides quality care for your swimming pool onsite. We take pride in knowing what is needed for your pool rather than the customer having to travel to and from a shop, trying to do it all themselves. All Prime Pool Care technicians are carefully trained and backed up by a quality management team and the latest technology. As new team members join us, they are able to draw on our many years of combined experience. Over those years, Prime Pool Cares offerings have evolved. They now offer a full range of services from a one off visit through to a regular program of recurring maintenance, giving customers the luxury of knowing they can just enjoy swimming in a clean and professionally maintained pool with correctly installed, reliable equipment. Prime Pool Care supply and install all your pool equipment, from filters, pumps, chlorinators, cleaners, lights, all the way through to systems which allow full automation controlled from your mobile phone. Giving back to the community is an important part of Aaron and Alisons approach to business. Prime Pool Care currently sponsor Canteen an Australian national support organisation for young people living with cancer, and have previously sponsored Hills Hawks Football Club. Prime Pool Care are still maintaining the pools of some of their very first customers from 1998. Rightly so, they are extremely proud of their success and the great team they have built up. 03.01.2022 As we move into 2019 we have had a few changes at Prime Pool Care. One of our long term service technicians, Tom.A, finishes up with us today to move into the family business alongside his dad. Whilst he will be missed, we wish him all the best and hope to still see him around the local area. Tom has been such a fabulous employee and we know that he will be missed by many of you, however the great news is that we have 3 new technicians who have joined us in the last few wee...ks and have been busy training alongside our current technicians you may have seen 2 techs on site instead of just one. Please welcome Tom.F, Andrew and Jacob to the Prime Pool Care team. If we could please ask to be patient with the new techs on their initial few visits it will take a few visits for them to familiarise themselves with each site and customer. If there is any requests or specific instruction for the new techs that Tom may have automatically known, please let myself or Angela in the office know. Thank you for your patience in the next few weeks while Toms jobs are handed over. We will ensure to have the new techs trained up the to the same high standard that Tom, and the other technicians have always given.
