You may be wondering whether getting your windows cleaned could pose a health risk for you and your family. At Prime Shine, we are doing everything possible to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. ... We have answered some common questions below so that you can feel confident in booking in your next job: I am a new customer, can I still get a quote done? Yes, we are able to discuss a quote and what you’d like to achieve either on the phone, via video call or you can also email photos of your house and explain what you’re after. We can also arrange a visit to your home and provide a quote in person, however we will practice social distancing and use our hand sanitizer upon arrival. Prime Shine offers external/internal window cleaning, house washing and pressure cleaning for all types of residential/Commercial buildings to maintain quality and cleanliness. If you have any questions about the services we provide, please give us a call on 0415600398. I would like to get my windows cleaned, is this still safe? Yes, it is still safe and considered an essential service to get your windows cleaned. Depending on your preferences, we are able to do an external clean and give you some advice on how to best clean the insides yourself. We have modified our services to ensure social distancing is in place, and we are able to provide support for those who would prefer that we do not enter your home at this time. Other services such as house washing and pressure cleaning can all be done without entering the home. I usually get my windows cleaned every quarter, is there any risk in waiting longer before the next clean? Depending on your windows and where they are located, it may be a good idea to keep your regular booking. Houses exposed to dust and salt etc are more likely to weather and form a salt build-up over time. This is easily prevented with a regular window wash. Give us a call and we can advise you on the best time frame to maintain your home. Are you still open during the same business hours?
