25.01.2022 Window to door conversion This was a job done at home. We are Having a pool installed and wanted to be able to open up our living area. Very happy with the decision.

19.01.2022 Feel free to read and Share We cannot review on past,present or future work of ‘Integrity Glass Perth’ and ‘Prime Windows and doors’, But we can review their ... work that was carried out at our property from them both. We decided to replace our wood windows with black Aluminium windows with ‘Integrity Glass Perth’ Unfortunately the outcome was not what we expected. We were left with 6 windows that were not fitted correctly. They were the wrong size, not level, three widows did not lock,you could remove the sliding widows,three arched windows that had fallen into the cavities.This left Us with exposed cavities, exposed electrical conduit, damaged plaster and render. The wind blew straight into the house due to the large gaps. Our insurance would no longer cover us due to the house not being secure. We expressed our concerns to Integrity and he reassured us that he was happy to fix any issues we had. Recommendation’s were put forward to him from another window company to which he refused as it was time consuming and costly. It was decided that it was best to cut ties due to both parties not coming to a fair agreement. We requested a full refund so we could recitify the windows but got informed it was non refundable. There was no mention in writing nor verbal communication of this until we asked for our money back. We feel we should not be held financially responsible for the unprofessional work. This has created a lot of anxiety within our household not to mention financial losses. I contacted Prime Windows & Doors and explained our situation to Ben who was more than happy to help us. He deeply apologised for the position we found ourselves in from the previous company and was exceptional from start to finish. The work was of high quality and very professional. We cannot fault his workmanship at all. We are extremely full of gratitude. We would highly recommend Prime Windows and Doors without hesitation for any future work. This post was not to slander or defamation of anyone's character,It was simply to show awareness and of our experience with both window companies.
