25.01.2022 #Repost @ashynaylor THREE months of my health and fitness journey! 3 months ago I was not in a happy place, I was the biggest I’ve ever been, even at full term pregnant! My mental health was not great, COVID kgs and no socialising had really taken its toll on me! I was putting everything and everyone’s needs above my own! So I did something about it and I am never looking back! I booked myself into a nutritionist and started PT with Ajay @primofit So far I have a fat... loss of 5.5kg and gained 1kg of muscle! I am over a dress size down! I am feeling healthier and fitter, and my mental health is much better! I did this with a 2.5 week holiday and a couple of nights out in there as well.. I in no way felt restricted. I still have a bit to go on my health and fitness journey but I’m moving in the right direction! What have I learnt: 1200 calories is not enough. Don’t obsess over the scales! Fad diets don’t work, a healthy diet and staying active will help you maintain! So here’s to maintaining over the silly season, while still enjoying myself!
