I think the last three months has really tested us and our wonderful staff thank you for being so understanding, you all know we love and care for our local community

21.01.2022 Hi all Here we go again, if you haven’t heard the government has put restrictions on us to have all patrons seated if they are present in the hotel. You may approach the bar or service area to order a drink or meal and then you must return to your seat. Our area numbers haven’t changed BUT we are restricted for bar stools so actually our numbers have been changed. It is imperative that all patrons who enter the Hotel obey the 1.5 meter social distancing as you all know it is a $5000.00 fine for any breach of our covid Hotel plan so PLEASE respect what our staff have to do or say, let’s get through this again

21.01.2022 Hi all we have a situation which is out of our control we have had a flu outbreak among our staff including Bronwyn and myself which has depleted our staff numbers. For the safety of our staff and all of you we have closed the hotel for two days hopefully to reopen Friday. We are so sorry it has come to this, stay safe

20.01.2022 our gas supplier has promised to fill our tank tomorrow morning, so we all know what I’m trying to say yeah that’s right no meals tonight (Sunday). You can’t say we didn’t have a crack at it for the last 2 months there’s always something that is gonna give, anyway see you tomorrow, remember only 20 in the bar, and 20 in the dining room 2 sittings 5.30pm -7pm and 7.15pm-8pm last order No lunches Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at this stage. Cheers for the last 2 months

19.01.2022 Good evening everyone here we go on our new roller coaster ride (Hold on ) I hope its a good experience for us all. JUST REMEMBER WE DON’T MAKE THE RULES. 20 in each area ( as we expected) No need to have a meal to have a drink but our food is great so I’m sure you won’t resist ... To try and give everybody a piece of our hotel time, we will have 2 sittings at tea time. 5.30 arrive 7pm departure (15 minutes to clear and sanitise) 7.15 arrive meal orders finish 8pm sharp. This will be every night 7 days a week. There will be rules and regulations in place please adhere to these to keep us all safe and well. Lunch will be served 12.00pm - 2pm Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Closed for lunch Monday (includes public Holiday) Tuesday Wednesday But the hotel is still open FOR ALL SEATING ARRANGEMENTS YOU MUST BOOK. Please do not arrive unannounced YOU MAY BE DISAPPOINTED IF WE HAVE TO TURN YOU AWAY. Please remember this Will be hard for us all.

17.01.2022 Hi all That was quick, just to let you know the Hotel will open on Sunday 12pm trading the bottle shop and front bar only our meal trade will start Monday night 6 pm as you can imagine our kitchen will have to reprep from scratch thank you for all your wonderful support let’s get back into it and please remember social distancing will still apply see you Sunday

07.01.2022 Hello again everyone, we just wanted to wait and see if there were any more updates or changes. So as is we are restricted to our covid safe plan which is how we were when we were forced to shut down this means our alfresco area out the front can only hold 11 people, our front bar can only hold 32 people,and our dining room a maximum of 10 per table can only hold 30 MAXIMUM. This does put a lot of pressure on our staff PLEASE be understanding we do not make the rules.... Bookings are essential for the dining room and we cannot hold bookings for the front bar or saloon bar which can only hold 7 people. So we want everyone to have the best experience at our great venue every time, please book ahead as you know we do a great meal and our Beer is cold and spectacular, our local wines and champagne are here to enjoy (Naughty pizza boy)
