23.01.2022 PPF Update regarding virus. All classes will continue to run as per usual. We will however be running 100% FULL BODY WORKOUTS moving forward and until further notice. This means absolutely no contact with any equipment or other clients. Clients will be able to train in their own space and at a distance from others. If you are feeling unwell please do not attend class, otherwise use this time to stay active & healthy.

14.01.2022 Hi Guys! As PPF runs outdoor classes only, our schedule is running as usual. We are however running BODY WEIGHT WORKOUTS only and limiting numbers in each class. Limited spots available, get in touch if you are looking for somewhere to exercise. Boom, keep moving!
