23.01.2022 ^ Goodmorning, Its a quick post today cause the little one dosnt know I am out of bed yet and as soon as she knows my busy day starts....wouldnt have it any other way though I have almost finshed the 4 Memory Bears and here is a sneak peek of two of them.... body made from Purple Satin ( a favourite colour ), the jackets are made from a lacy top (for the girls) and a fluffy infinity scarf (for the boys), a pair of denim shorts and the bow tie and head bow is from a winters scarf. The Bears will be on their way to Mackay on Friday and put away for Christmas Presents... My next order to start will be White Mummy and Me Aprons and a Childs Chefs Hat and then 2 Gollys in NRL Rabbitohs outfits Marley is heading up the back steps so I better get moving Have an awesome day

23.01.2022 Happy Saturday to you all, after battling for a couple of years with the machine on the right not being able to do what I want it to do I finally admitted I needed a new one so after a lot of consideration to all the different models and what would meet my needs this is the one It sew so nicely but going to take a bit of getting used to....... Must get back to it, if you need me you will find me in the Craft Cubicle humming away with the new Janome. Have a great weekend

22.01.2022 ^ Goodmorning, Tuesday’s seem to come around very quickly these days so every week I have loads of work on my table but nothing finished to show you.... I am in the process of making another batch of stock to go to The Handmade Expo Market shop at Strathpine which includes more Can Wraps, Coffee Cosies, Key Fobs, Lanyards, Grocery Bags and Cutlery Wraps Today I am showing you the 5 Cutlery Wraps that I have finished with more to finish shortly, some really fun fabrics in this batch. The poor Bunnies are still naked but they should be dressed at the end of the week ready to head off to Strathpine With not much else happening here at PD Crafts HQ ( really no time for anything else ) I wish you a happy Tuesday before I head off to fire up the sewing machine for the day

20.01.2022 ^ Goodmorning, About 3 weeks ago I decided I needed to re arrange the Craft Cubicle so that everything had a home, so off we went to buy another pantry cupboard (no 4) to house the fabric thats piling up everywhere and a couple of lateral filing cabinets to organise the scrapbooking and rolls and rolls of ribbon. This meant the old filing cabinets I had went to the garage for the Devilman and to accomodate the new storage other furniture had to be moved around... Oh why did... I even have that thought, what chaos......but it did mean I had to destash a lot of things that I wont use in my lifetime....it will be so good when its finished though. I have had a lot of new ribbons arrive which have been made into Lanyards and Key Fobs and there’s more coming..... In the near future these ribbons will also be available to buy by the metre. On the table I have the 4 Memory Bears that are slowly taking shape ( I have never sewn satin ). These are a combination of denim, satin and fleece.... I had better get moving and try and get all orders finished before my Son, Daughter-in-law and little Marley arrive sometime soon after travelling around the country waiting for borders to open.... by the time they get here they will have done nearly 12,000 kms having travelled North West NSW for nearly 8 weeks before they could go through SA to NT to enter QLD.... ( travelling from Sydney and had reached Bathurst when the QLD border closed) at least they have seen parts of the country they may never have got to see in the future Never a dull moment here....have a fabulous Tuesday See more

19.01.2022 ^ Goodmorning, today is going to be an all systems go day with loads of work to be completed We will heading down to the The Handmade Expo Pop Up Shop at Strathpine this coming weekend with new stock of Key Fobs and Grocery Bags...... on the table are 18 Grocery Bags and 35 Key Fobs to be added to the range. Last week I had a request from a young lad to make Lanyards for all the Kindy teachers at his Kindy for end of year presents...his request was Bumblebee Transfo...rmer ribbon with individual names, they are ready to have names as soon as the Devilman comes home from work... the Devilman also has a Mummy and Me Apron set to put names on A new Key Fob to be added to the range is the Seizure Alert (with name on the back) that we made for a friend and Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetic. Thats all to report today, i will be out in the craft cubicle humming along with my new friend ... the Janome....have a fabulous Tuesday See more

17.01.2022 Good Afternoon everyone, today is a sad day here at PD Crafts HQ, if you remember I posted a video of a part of my family arriving from Sydney (after having to travel for nearly 2 1/2 months due to border closures) well today it was time to pack up and head back to Sydney.....we will miss the total chaos, the happy giggles, the shear joy that Marley bought into our home, the funny poodles and Jen and Aaron.... so am sharing a short video of them arriving on 11th October 2020 at 11.11am and leaving today 12th February 3.32pm (Yes they sold the van and bought the trailer and roof top tent so they could take everything back they had accumulated in 4 months) Aaron & Jennifer travel safe and hopefully see you back in the near future

14.01.2022 ^ Goodmorning, its going to be another hot day here in Bundaberg so I am heading out to the Craft Cubicle very shortly and hibernating in the air con... Its still all systems go here and am slowly getting through the pile of orders... I still have a few items to be made to take with me when we travel to the Blue Mountains for my Mums 90th birthday the weekend after next.....last week I completed the order for 12 Lanyards with names and included a gift of a Key Fob for the ...young Lad who will be gifting the Lanyards to his Kindy teachers....of course I had them wrapped and then realised I hadn't taken a photo and I didn't want to unwrap them so you cant read them very well. We travelled south to Brisbane last weekend to restock the stand at The Handmade Expo Pop Up Shop at Strathpine and I finally have my Lined Grocery Bags on display for purchase. On Saturday and Sunday this coming weekend I will be taking part in the national Garage Sale Trail and hopefully part with a load of fabric and craft supplies that are no longer needed.. 11.01.2022 ^ Goodmorning and Happy Tuesday, I dont have anything to show you today due to the Devilman and I being busy organising my Craft Cubicle, finishing gardens and doing some much needed work on the house while he had 4 days off work. The much travelled family have finally made it across the border into Queensland (via Sth Australia and Northern Territory) and should be arriving on the doorstep by the weekend...what an adventure they have had. Today I will be in the sewing roo...m getting on with the projects that are almost finished and I will be picking up a new sewing machine during the day so will have something else to play with...NOTE TO SELF: must stay focussed on the unfinished projects. 08.01.2022 ^ Goodmorning, I am very late this morning after travelling home from Mums 90th and we didnt get home till late last night....In the picture is my Mum, Brother Bruce and myself.....it was a fabulous celebration ...... we ended up doing 2,746 km due to not wanting to go through Sydney but I did see places I had never seen before... So much to show you that I will start with a few lined grocery bags and cutlery wraps that are now available at The Handmade Expo Pop Up Shop at Strathpine Better get myself moving, I am going to be flat out this week.....have a fabulous Tuesday

05.01.2022 ^Goodmorning, I was asked to make Golly made in an NRL Rabbitohs outfit and the customer requested a Mini Golly to match. After a little tweaking of the reduced size pattern I have finished and they are ready to post to Rebecca (I do think the the little one is just a bit cute) It’s only a couple of sleeps now till Fabulous Aussie Handmade Markets online market is open but in the meantime the album is open for a bit of window shopping. 05.01.2022 ^Goodmorning to you all, The family have gone back to NSW and I must say its very quiet here, I will miss them and fingers crossed they return soon. I have been busy trying to get the Bunnies finished and ready to make their journey to The Handmade Expo shop at Strathpine when we make the trip down in a couple of weeks. All they need today is to have their eyelashes put on and a few pins taken out of the clothes and they are ready. Then I must get on with making more Groc...ery Bags and Aprons since I have a couple of more display stands that need to be filled... The Key Fobs are the newest ones to be added to the range with more to come soon. Monday of last week I completely forgot that it was Princessdevilman Crafts Birthday, on February 8th 2012 PD Crafts was born (on Facebook)then a few years later became a fully registered business. It has been quite a journey and hopefully one to be enjoyed for many years to come... 04.01.2022 ^ Goodmorning, its all,systems go here at PD Crafts HQ at the moment and I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel... Today I have some fun fabrics to play with that will be made into Grocery Bags to be taken to the Blue Mountains with us on the weekend....the caravans are for my Daughter in laws Mum cause they love caravanning. The Strawberries and Blueberries are for bags for Jen (daughter in law) and the Beer, Milo and Vegemite will be cutlery wraps and can wraps for @thehandmadeexpopop up shop at Strathpine.. When I get back from Mums 90th I have orders for Gollies and Rag Dolls for Christmas Short and sweet today, must get to the post office so am wishing you a fabulous Tuesday and catch you all later

03.01.2022 Today I am working on an order for 4 Memory Bears for Kelly-ann. This order is definitely a think 20 times and cut once... I am working with a beautiful piece of purple satin, a gorgeous black lacy top, denim shorts and items made from fur.... 2 Boys and 2 Girls will be the end result .... I had to cut extra pattern pieces and lay them all out to make sure I had enough materials.... yes, we will make it....I think there will be headband bows and lacy tops for the girls and bow ties and fur collars for the Boys Not a lot to work with but so many possibilities for the end result.... Better get back to them.... have a fabulous afternoon

02.01.2022 ^ Goodmorning, it’s all systems go here at the moment.... the shop at Strathpine is keeping me on my toes. For the past week I have been busy sewing to restock and as quick as I get it done I have to start again .... can’t complain about that though. So today I can only show you what is ready to go and this is only half of what needs to go to the shop (via post). There’s 16 Cutlery Wrap, Coasters, Tissue/ Soap Gift Sets and Grocery Bags. Today I will start sewing Coffee Cosies, Can Wraps and another 4 Grocery Bags to send I hear a little voice singing in the kitchen which is my wake up call so I had better get moving and start the day Hope you have a fabulous day
