As you may know - last night I participated in my first Vinnies CEO Sleepout, and slept in my car to raise awareness of the thousands of Australians sleeping rough this winter. Going into it, I knew it wouldnt be an easy task. Throughout the night it was a struggle to stay asleep, but during the time I was awake, I was able to reflect on my family and appreciate the simple creature comforts most people take for granted.... Thanks to the amazing, valuable support from everyone who donated and sent encouraging messages without hesitation. Youve helped to make an astounding impact on those who need it most. The $815 raised means 2 Australians will be able to recieve individualised support programs, and 6 beds plus 27 meals will be provided. Thats incredible!
