She graduated from interstate and commenced internship at the Northern Hospital, followed by surgical resident years at Alfred. She has completed her Diploma of Anatomy and continues to be involved in Resident Societies and research. Her intern year was well supported and provided many learning opp...ortunities she would like to share at this conference. Dr David Ku completed his ICU training through Monash and the Alfred Hospitals in Melbourne, and currently works as an Intensivist at Dandenong Hospital of Monash Health, and St John of God in Berwick. With an interest in peri-operative care, data driven quality improvement, innovative education and translating research into practice, he has travelled internationally to learn strategies that enhance long term, functiona...l outcomes for the critically ill. He was part of the trailblazing multi-disciplinary leadership group from Monash Health that led VicPAD, a collaborative effort between 14 ICUs across Victoria to improve Pain, Agitation and Delirium management. He currently serves as the Honorary Secretary, International Liaison, and Executive Board member for the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society (ANZICS), and recently joined the Editorial board of Critical Care Medicine (CCM).
