24.01.2022 Let's talk about... Protecting your Breasts during physical exercise & contact sports! Have you ever received a knock to the chest, a bump to the ribs or an unwanted elbow to the breast???... These injuries can cause you damage! Breasts are not just made up of breast tissue, they also contain nerves, blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. So protect yourself! It's no different to wearing a mouth guard to protect your teeth, a box to protect the man parts or a helmet to protect your head. https://zenasport.co/products/zena https://www.boobarmour.com.au/products/boob-armour-shells Interesting fact ALERT Dr. Brisbine stated that 58% of female players reported experiencing a contact injury, and 48% perceived that their injury affected their football performance. These results came from her breast injury survey which was funded by the Australian Institute of Sport and was completed by 297 female Australian Rules Football, Rugby League, Rugby Union (XVs) and Rugby 7s players (Brisbine et al 2020).

01.01.2022 Meet the team behind Priority Physiotherapy Clinic! Caitlin, our passionate Physiotherapist (left), has been in the industry for 6 years. Caitlin decided to start up Priority Physiotherapy Clinic 18 months ago and happily says it was the best decision she ever made!... When Caitlin isn’t practising Physiotherapy or studying to increase her knowledge, she likes to spend time with her amazing partner Jess, Jess’ 3 daughters and their dogs Daisy and Ollie. Other hobbies include bike riding, HIIT classes and wine! Chloe is our Receptionist (middle) and has been one of the smiling faces at the front desk since the start of this year. When Chloe isn’t run off of her feet by her two small humans, Van and Florence, you’ll find her studying for Uni or working out at Riverland Fitness Centre. Chloe and her partner Tyson have also recently become dog parents to Barney and she now understands Caitlin and Kaitlin's dog obsession! Kaitlin is our fantastic Trainee Receptionist (right). She has been at the clinic from the beginning and whilst juggling year 12 and study, you’ll also find her working out, hanging out with her family, keeping fit and cuddling her big dog Ollie. Kaitlin plans to take a break from the books next year and will continue to work here with us, building her knowledge and skills in the Physiotherapy industry, before she heading off to Uni in 2022.
