25.01.2022 Welcome to our 3D Printing page! We specialise in printing miniatures, terrain and scenery for tabletop gaming. We can print in resin or filament. Take a look around! We will have items available for sale soon. As a general rule, the 3D printed items that we post on our page are resin for miniatures, and filament for terrain & structures. Resin allows for finer detail which comes at a higher cost, while the texture of filament works great for buildings and terrain. Check back regularly as our range is always growing And visit us at https://www.prismatic3d.com.au/

03.01.2022 We thought we would test out an interesting order system... Tony needed a map created so we got him to draw what he wanted and went from there. It turned out pretty well! His dungeon featured: * A secret wall which swings out to reveal a hidden area * A secret floor panel hidden underneath the skull tile which could lead anywhere you like!... * A double door with skull motif on one side and a key puzzle on the other side (Diamond key token and Circle key token included) * Walls, corner posts, floors & doors - over 185 pieces in total (counting 3 and 4 piece assembled doors as one piece). * Infinity Lock Clips to hold everything together - over 300 clips used to hold this together with medium strength and sturdiness (you could increase or decrease this number, depending on how frequently you intend to change the layout. We even superglue some pieces together when we know we want them to stay together permanently). A setup like this one with over 185 pieces and over 300 clips will cost approximately $250 unpainted. The beauty of this terrain is that it only requires a very simple paint job to look great - A black primer, grey base coat and a dark and light grey in a dry brush overcoat will give you this look. Metallic and coloured finishes can be done to your taste. Contact us if you would like any similar setups!
