We have had a busy start to 2021 with 3 vacant properties, a huge number of enquiries and many many inspections. 2020 was a tough year for many but we at Pristine Management came out of it virtually unscathed. We kept our Landlords and Tenants informed as legislative changes happened and we believe this helped to lessen the impact of the Corona Virus on not only our business but that of our clients as well.... Among other things we have farewelled a lovely family and welcomed another one into our midst, taken on 5 new homes, dealt with a sewerage spill, an exploding oven, a burst water pipe, tree roots and a caved in ceiling. Yes life as a Property Manager is never boring!!!!!!
