Dont believe their lies Glass manufacturers have come a long way and as you can see on the glass stamps on vehicles they clearly have UV protection! Whilst car glass will block UV Radiation it doesnt do so well with blocking heat or glare, thats why youd get your car tinted! That and tint looks cool
