13.01.2022 PPP Physio peeps...The Ultimate Lumbar Spine Course in Brisbane!!! May 25, 2019 8:30 AM - May 26, 2019 4 PM An absolute MUST!... James Schomburgk has been a speaker at many conferences, as well as being one of the APA Spinal and Neck Level 1 and 2 presenters. His biggest love is translating research into clinical practice and has been presenting his LBP courses for well over 10 years. His greatest skill is simplifying complicated clinical approaches. The skills of manual therapy are disappearing, and so are our fast results in settling LBP. In this course you will learn how to hone your old skills, learn new techniques, but become better at choosing the best Rx for each different low back presentation. You will be able to apply new research into your clinical approach the day after leaving the course. You will be able to identify and manage the contributing factors to LBP so much better. - More sustained clinical results. - Greater income by helping people more by preventing recurrence- it is so fulfilling too! - Be able to add far more value to your clients by addressing contributing factors, so clients will be wowed more. - Clients become raving fans because you go beyond what most physios do-most physios just treat symptoms and discharge leaving them highly likely to recur. - Build a list of raving fans, so you are always busy with clients who love you! - Much greater work satisfaction when you help those whose previous physios haven't been able to.

06.01.2022 We like to encourage our course participants to shift their focus to not just implementing proprioceptive strategies to increase feedback from the body to impro...ve ROM, but to ask what other necessary information does our nervous system need to move efficiently? And how much information does our nervous system need to feel safe and manage gravity effectively? . . These neural strategies or compensations of stiffness are there for a reason, so do you really think it’s a good idea to go in and force movement into said body part? Of course, you might be increasing proprioceptive feedback to improve the cortical mapping of that area, but if that tightness was there as protection because of poor quality input from other sensory systems, then you may not see lasting change. . . . . . . .
