02.01.2022 Low-Tox Foxes has given me friendship and a creative outlet for my self care work. Teaching other people about self care is my passion, because my self neglect caused me to sink into addiction and mental health crisis. I promised when I got better I would be the person on line I needed at my lowest point. Creating and contributing to this group with the other Foxie Ladies has changed my life and saved my life. Low-tox Foxes are a group of women who are curious about mainta...ining wellness, making their own DIY low-tox cleaning and personal care products using the supplements, oils and plant based cleaning and beauty products of Young Living. This is a community committed to education, sharing and empowering people to make positive changes to their daily habits and reduce their overall synthetic chemical exposure, get back to basics, reduce decision fatigue, save money and connect with other women who feel the same. 01.01.2022 Meet Muffin, the newest member of the family. Muffin’s Mum made the big transition to a nursing home today from independent living. It was sad for Muffins Mum, and her daughters and for Muffin. I feel so grateful I could offer Muffin a retirement home here with us. She is a plucky old broad, a very mature 12 years old with the personality of Dame Maggie Smiths character from Downton Abbey. I don’t think she had ever seen a dog as big as Tai and she snapped at him as he came... up to say hello. He ran away, he is sitting near her but not making eye contact. She has already read the boys the riot act. Tai once ripped up two 50kg pig dogs and spent a month at the pound as penance but he fully respects the authority of Muffin the Dowager Countess of Kelso. She has established a pecking order. Summer told me she looked like my witch’s familiar, and a huge rainbow painted the sky on my way back from Ingham today en route to pick her up, I will take those as excellent omens. #dogsofinstagram #dogofaustralia #soberlifestyle #lowtoxlife #busymums #adoptdontshop #communitynurse Wick is confused by this turn of events.
