18.01.2022 Check out the class times for next year....2021 *We have a class on WEDNESDAYS that goes for 2 hours.* First 30 mins - beginners who are still learning Next 45 mins - dance fitness - 4-5000 steps... Next 45 mins - a little more challenging routines *****Classes Commence***** Wednesday-13th January-4:30pm Friday-15th January-9:00am Mondays-1st February-6:30pm (school terms only)

11.01.2022 With the 3rd of December being International Day of People living with Disabilities, thought I’d share a few pics of my dance group. We get together every Thursday morning and have a great time moving & grooving to some of our favourite tunes. Class is always a lot of fun. 04.01.2022 Dance fit classes in Mandurah. It’s not aerobics, zumba or line dancing. It is a jazz based dance fit session that aims to improve your memory, heart rate, bala...nce, breathing (lungs), emotional well-being, co-ordination and so much more. The class environment is a lot of fun and we aim to achieve between 4000-5000 steps per hour.
