22.01.2022 #running4Georgi Fundraiser Virtual Gold Coast 50km/Live Inverell Run is this Saturday. Below is a map of where we will be running. We will be starting at th...e Mountain Bike Track Entrance @ 4.30am so if you would like to cheer us on at the start...We will then be heading out through Gilgai, turn right to go to Tingha, then right again down the Howell Road to the Tingha Crossroads and then head back into town via the Old Bundarra Road. We would love to be finished by 10.30am, but as the temperature is predicted to be 35 degrees, and we want to get across the line feeling the best we can, it could be closer to 11am @ ProActive Health & Fitness. This is also the first time that Tracey and Renee have done this distance, and is an awesome challenge to complete together, so proud of them. We still have plenty of raffle tickets, drink bottles and a donation tin! Please donate to this worthy cause, we would really appreciate it! You might think we are crazy but when you think how much of a challenge it is for Georgi and her family, we would rather be doing this run.

I do weights to be strong and I know weight training is good for cellular health, I do cardio for heart health and improving lung capacity, I do BODYBALANCE for strength, flexibility, breathing practise but most of all mental health. Each type of exercise I do will be for physical, but the priority before that is my mental health. ... Exercise is the 'bomb' for mental health :)
