23.01.2022 Np300 @safari4x4engineering snorkel, dpf solution, @playtimeautoparts 3 exhaust with muffler, and a remap.

22.01.2022 4M41 powered Pajero in for a set of new injectors. With fully functioning egr and 200,000km the intake was looking pretty sad. We cleaned out all the carbon where we could and also stuck it on the bottle to get into the areas that were unreachable by manual method.

22.01.2022 A Rodeo that lived under a tree for a while as the previous elderly owner was no longer able to drive it was in pretty poor condition. His mate now owns it and brought it to us for a service and asked if we could clean it up a touch aswell. I took care of the service side of things and my awesome wife took control of the cleanup and got a little carried away . The results speak for themselves, the owner was absolutely astonished on how good it came up .

21.01.2022 @rockindonutsandcoffee van came in to have an inverter fitted to keep the 240 volt fridges nice and cold during transit.

20.01.2022 Vdj76 in for some wiring repairs for the trailer socket harness and we also mounted the @redarc_electronics Tow Pro module properly after finding it was previously fitted just flying around loose behind the kick panel which renders the proportional mode useless as the module cannot sense deceleration rate and adjust the brake force accordingly. The customer asked us to look at the handbrake operation (or lack of) and it was found that the LHF shoe retaining pin spring had come to grief causing the lining and drum to wear so we fitted a new complete handbrake kit and did a full brake upgrade using #bremaxx high performance rotors and pads aswell as regreasing all bearings fitting new hub and axle seals.

20.01.2022 Mitsubishi Challenger in for a service and to rectify some odd engine noises. We found that the harmonic balancer seal was leaking and had caused damage to the timing and balance shaft belts. We fitted ip a complete timing kit inc water pump, all belts pulleys and tensioners.

17.01.2022 D40 #navara broke the inner cv resulting in a bit of damage. It also got some customer supplied @bilsteinsuspension struts and ucas from @performance_suspension fitted up.

15.01.2022 Transit van arrived on a tilt not running after stopping at an intersection. Got it to fire up and carried out diagnostics. A set of new injectors was fitted and it drove out running sweet.

15.01.2022 This neat #fordranger came with some new coils supplied by the customer to go on the @fox struts. We removed the previously fitted coils, revalved the shock to suit the new coils and to sort out some ride quality and handling issues. We did some measuring and calculations decided to wind the spring seat back 15mm before reassembling and refitting the struts. After a road test we measured the ride height and it was exactly the same as before but the car drove much nicer feeling more planted and stable.

13.01.2022 Gq rd28 came in to rectify a leaking injection pump, intake carbon clean, tune and a custom fit up @high_performance_diesel #catchcan. Nice work as always from @jp_perform on the pump build and mods .

12.01.2022 We had a Pathfinder in that was logging on overboost dtc. We found the actuator stuck in the full boost position because the nozzle vanes had jammed. New turbo fitted, codes cleared, intake cleaned, a set of drive belts and a service topped it off.

11.01.2022 Gu coil cab in to diagnose a rumbly rear end . Unfortunately we found most of the pinion teeth stuck to the drain plug . The diff centre was rebuilt in house with a new 4.625 gearset and bearing kit from @roadrunneroffroad, @danbellewjd got busy on the spanners and the big yootility was back on the road .

08.01.2022 D40 Navara had stalling issues on cold starts. Diagnosed as faulty suction control valve in the high pressure fuel pump. New scv fitted, intake clean, headlights polished and brought back to life, full service inc auto trans and its back on the job.

01.01.2022 Some @fox 2.0 #factoryseries shocks in for a service. We fitted some new shafts to the front shocks with new seals oil and bushes all round.

01.01.2022 A very tough #vdj79 came in for a shock service and have some lsc adjusters fitted on the rears and we modified some @fox #roostguards to fit around the high clearance spring plates. We also we changed out all the worm drive clamps to T-bolt on the @high_performance_diesel intercooler hoses as it runs a little bit more #boost than the worm drives want to deal with .
