24.01.2022 Last week we had a very special visit from our local police officers. The children and educators wanted to personally thank the police for all the hard work they do in our town and how they keep us safe. We painted thank you posters and we were lucky enough to wear police outfits and even got to go in the police car and hear the sirens!! This was so exciting for us and it was a great opportunity for the children to understand the role of the police and to be able to ask them questions about what they do in our community. Thank you Karen, Lisa and Paula for coming to our centre and thank you to all the other police officers out there for all the duties you do in our community

We are looking for vibrant educators with a clear passion for the Early Years. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate knowledge of running programs and who have a solid understanding of the National Quality Frameworks implementation and programming as well as having in-depth knowledge of children's development from 0-6 yrs old. Assist the Senior Educator with planning and organising high-quality educational program at an age appropriate level to reflect the Early Years Learning Framework. Engage and supervise the children Be responsible for the delivery of activities and seeking out resources to compliment the program Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children at all times Develop sustainable positive and professional relationships with team members, children and their families Be an integral member of the team in developing positive relationships Be respectful of multicultural and inclusive work and learning environment. Essential criteria Certificate III , Diploma , Bachelors in early childhood Working With Children Check First aid (desirable) Passion for providing high quality care and education for children ages 0-6 years. 17.01.2022 BOOK AND FOOTY WEEK!! Last week we celebrated book and footy week at Prokidz and I think the educators were just as excited as the children to be able to dress up and to see all the families fantastic efforts in creating and dressing their children up in some gorgeous costumes and footy gear!
