19.01.2022 Although this year’s Easter celebrations may not be exactly what we are used to, we still hope that you and your loved ones have a wonderful and safe Easter break. With the new restrictions in place meaning we have to stay in our homes this long weekend, we can still make this Easter egg-stra special by getting the kids in the kitchen to create some yummy Easter treats or starting those DIY projects that we have put off for so long. 09.01.2022 Anyone else on the hunt for a property and feeling like this?! No doubt about it, there is a shortage of properties on the market at the moment which means more competition for home buyers. One tip we can give is, have your finance pre-approved before you make an offer. Having your home loan pre-approved puts you ahead of the game and in a better position to make offers.... Another tip, follow your local agents on Facebook, sometimes the perfect property is advertised on Facebook and sold before it hits real estate.com Thirdly, be proactive and contact the agents directly and let them know what you are looking for. Good luck, hopefully the right property comes along soon!

03.01.2022 So this happened to one of our clients this week! Their finance went unconditional Friday and settlement not booked until May. Luckily we advised they get house insurance immediately even though they hadn’t taken possession yet. Thank goodness they took our advice!
