12.01.2022 Meet our new gorgeous instructor Hi my name is Samina. I am a qualified clinical, mat and reformer Pilates instructor. I started my pilates journey 3 years ago and fell in love immediately. After having a few surgeries on my left knee, I finally found exercise that didnt aggravate my knee and have now become pain free. I completed my reformer and mat training and wanted to further my knowledge, so I completed my clinical diploma to help people with injuries and... special populations. I want to help people the way Pilates helped me. In my spare time, I love being outdoors, being out in nature. Surrounding myself around friends and family.
