21.01.2022 Having access to a Lathe comes in handy for making tools. I manufactured a 'Bearing Press' to install cartridge bearings in the rear Hub that I re-built in a #fulcrum rim. #precision

20.01.2022 Its been a week of #giant's here at Pro Bono Cycles. I was lucky enough to work on this Giant #TCR Advanced 'team' edition (giant alpecin). This beast was treated to a tubeless tyre conversion... Yes, no tubes!!!!! (#Schwalbe pro one's) Almost all annoying punctures will be eliminated due to the liquified #latex sealant without you even knowing, not to mention the lighter weight and lower rolling resistance, win win. Other work carried out was cassette and chain replacement, (ultegra r8000 and KMC X11SL), front derailleur inner and outer cable replacement, service and some new #fizik bar tape. #probonocycles

17.01.2022 Another #giant, another #TCR Advanced. Stealth edition..... Came in for a minor service, some new #swisstop brake pads, and a 'true' of the rear wheel after a minor bingle. Oh, and a wash of coarse... All this work carried out at an affordable price at Pro Bono Cycles with a pick up and drop off! #fastbike

14.01.2022 Did some work on this work hoarse of a #bike. The #GT - GTR Series 3. After commuting most days to and from work, it was time for a spruce up, so we replaced the chain, cassette, inner and outer gear cables, rear brake cables, installed some #continental gp4000s tyres and wrapped the bars with some new #deda carbon bar tape. #probonocycles
