Hi Vanessa, I just wanted to email to give some feedback on the spray this morning. ... I feel terrible as I’ve completely forgotten what the gentleman’s name was but I just wanted to say that his customer service really was great. He was so friendly and explained things so well and in detail. I wanted to pass the feedback on as everyone is really stressed right now, with the current situation for everyone right now with the virus and it was a breath of fresh air! I’d really like this feedback to be passed on if possible as he should know he put a smile on my face by just being nice. My sister also said the same thing after I’d left for work.
