25.01.2022 Today was our last day of work for the year and what a crazy busy year we have had. I am so proud of my amazing team who have over come all the hurdles that 2020 has throw and so over the moon to announce that we are ranked 11th out of 2850 conveyancers in Victoria for the volume of settlements we do. 21.01.2022 UPDATE - THE BUDGET HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED AND THOSE BUYING A PROPERTY ARE GOING TO BENEFIT IN STAMP DUTY Land transfer (stamp) duty Bringing forward the 50% land transfer (stamp) duty concession for commercial and industrial properties in regional Victoria applies to contracts entered into on or after 1 January 2020.... A land transfer (stamp) duty waiver of up to 50% on purchases of residential property in Victoria with a dutiable value of up to $1 million applies to contracts entered into on or after 25 November 2020 and before 1 July 2021.
