16.01.2022 Introducing Marc! With a strong customer service background, Marc has over a decade of experience in IT support and is an incredible asset to our technical team. Prior to joining Procision, Marc worked directly for Microsoft and brought with him a wealth of knowledge and insight. Marc is well skilled in all areas of IT support though he particularly enjoys assisting with our clients with Microsoft 365. The IT world changes daily and as a keen learner, Marc makes it his point... to stay up with the latest technology. He is an absolute team player and is regularly commended for going above and beyond for our clients. Marc has an upbeat, positive demeanour and can always be counted on for bringing his strong GIF game to our daily team chats! 07.01.2022 Dean is one of our Senior Engineers and has been with us almost since the beginning! After working as a forklift driver, Dean’s studies in IT led him to a career change and he joined Procision in 2008. Dean hit the ground running and very quickly became an integral member of our team. Dean has a strong familiarity with our clients, spending many years ‘on site’ getting to know each staff member and gaining intricate knowledge of their networks. Recently, Dean made the move t...o sunny QLD and we were all too happy to support him. His strong work ethic and solid relationships allow him to provide the same, dependable service our clients have come to know as well as being available onsite to our QLD customer base. Dean has a natural ability to quickly identify an issue and present a systematic, considered resolution to clients. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Microsoft Certified Professional. He is highly skilled in all areas of IT and particularly enjoys Network Upgrades and Migrations. He is a wealth of knowledge to our technical team and leads many of our major projects. When the work is done it’s time for Dean to enjoy that QLD sun, enjoying walks with his beloved dog and brewing his own beer. 06.01.2022 Meet Alex! When Alex joined the team in 2016 we were excited by his experience and knowledge around cybersecurity, an area of IT that grows in complexity and necessity every day. Based in Sydney, he hit the ground running educating our team and our clients and quickly moved into a senior role in the company. Alex pairs his exceptional IT knowledge and skills with a great understanding of the business needs of our clients. He looks outside the box for solutions and never shie...s away from a complex issue. Alex is known within out team for sending messages and considering new ideas late at night or on the weekends, with the needs of our clients never far from his mind! IT should be the last of your worries in business and Alex’s constant communication and availability to chat means you can focus on what matters most. When he is not working Alex loves to spend time with his young family. He is an avid reader and his design skills are not just limited to networking , often spending his spare time aquascaping. 05.01.2022 Introducing David! David joined our technical team in 2019 with almost a decade of experience in the industry and has quickly become one of our most committed team members. David values relationships highly and this is demonstrated by his willingness to visit our client sites with priority and regularity. Paired with his thorough communication, clients can be assured David always has their best interests at the forefront of his mind. In addition to resolving technical matt...es remotely and on site, David’s meticulous manner allows him to also assist the team with job management. Hardware installations are a favoured part of David’s daily role and he consistently ensures a personalised set up for each site. When not at work David is a keen swimmer and enjoys dining out in Melbourne’s impressive dining scene.
