10.02.2022 This is outrageous! At a time when parents and taxpayers are being threatened by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland with being investigated as "domestic ter...rorists" by the FBI for speaking out at school board meetings, and the National School Board Association petitioned the Biden Administration to carry out these investigations. Now, local school board members are threatening parents and citizens with limiting their ability to communicate with their elected representatives. This effort is denying the public their Constitutional rights to publicly express their concerns regarding the way the Board conducts business in their official capacity. This effort by school boards throughout Florida and across the U.S. is unacceptable. If the school board members are unwilling to listen to their constitutents, then they need to be recalled, or it's time for them to resign and let someone else run for that seat! As a Constitutional Republic, We the people decide the best way to educate our children and the elected leaders should represent their constitutent's values. It's time for parents and tax-paying citizens to decide who is going to represent us on School Boards in our communities and it starts with the upcoming elections! Parents and citizens, it is time to mobilize to action to take back local control of our children's education and it starts county-by-county, state-by-state! Who is with me?!
