You will all have no doubt now been made aware that Metropolitan Melbourne is re-entering Stage 3 restrictions effective 11.59pm 8 July for six weeks. Under Stage 3 Restrictions:... People living in greater Melbourne may only leave their home for four reasons under Stage 3 restrictions: shopping for food and essential items, care and caregiving, daily exercise and for work and study which cannot be done at home. PUBLIC AND PRIVATE GATHERINGS Visitors are not allowed at private homes under the latest Stage 3 lockdown. A maximum of two people may gather in public at one time. 11.01.2022 PROCORP AUSTRALIA OFFICE CLOSURE Effective 17 March 2020, all Procorp Australia staff have commenced working from home and our office at 530 Little Collins Street Melbourne is closed until further notice. Having our staff work from home reduces their contact with potential carriers of the virus and in turn, slows the rate of infection and contributes to flattening the curve of this pandemic. Our Business Operations... Rest assured, we are still operating and providing our regular services to your Owners Corporation with some minor amendments to delivery. Our office phone has been diverted to a message bank and is being remotely monitored by staff, who are prioritizing urgent matters and returning calls. At this time our preferred method of communication is via email. We ask all owners who have not already registered their email address with our company to please do so by contacting [email protected]. Where at all possible we will email communications and correspondence in lieu of posting hard copies. We ask that you only order additional access products (keys/swipes etc.) if absolutely necessary. All keys, swipes and fob orders will have to be posted to the applicant. These items will not be able to be collected at our office until further notice. You should be aware that there may be some delay in receipt of items. Our Attendance at Meetings Our attendance at all in person meetings has ceased effective 17 March until further notice. This includes all site visits, committee meetings and general meetings. Committees may choose to proceed with meetings, but should meetings be cancelled or rescheduled you will receive notification in due course. Please note that we do have the technology and ability to attend meetings via video or teleconference, and can at the committee request convene a virtual meeting for committee meetings. Your manager will be in touch with committees to coordinate alternative meeting arrangements. Our office along with your Owners Corporation committee will continue to issue updates and provide further information as the situation evolves. We will continue to monitor the situation, take the advice from government departments and provide further updates as required. Lets keep informed, stay calm and work together to best combat COVID-19.
