24.01.2022 A small apartment in Clifton hill being done in stages. A number of details to give that modernised industrial look that include no architraves around the windows and door openings and a return bulk head up to the concrete slab above leaving the beams exposed. Finished photos to come later this week.

23.01.2022 And our second job for the day This involved a patch done by a previous plasterer, something I have never seen before or can explain but from what I was told on one of our hot summer days the final top coat had melted and ran down the wall and turned to chalk. So it was cut out completely and replaced with new board and ready for the kitchen to go back in.

22.01.2022 Fortunate enough to be still working through stage 4. Small reno in Brunswick started last week that involved Bathroom, kitchen and living area. The Bathroom featured a curved wall in the shower and a custom made manhole made by myself. Kitchen and living area had badly damaged ceilings and walls with 90% of both rooms being replaced with fresh new sheet and ceilings re-batterned finished off with a square set finish

22.01.2022 Ceiling that was nailed up without glue and with only smooth shank nails into the joists wouldn't hold on for long, so ceiling was screwed up right along each joist every 100mm for extra security. Previous plasterers corniced and decided to follow the ceiling, as you can see after it was screwed up how far down it was and with how close the cornice was to the cabinetry it really showed. So the old came down and new went up leaving an even margin.

22.01.2022 Fire place done today Using a 13mm fire rated plasterboard and some deep reveal beads to give sharp lines up both sides as the Owners had setup a shadow light strip set behind the wall makes for a great looking feature

21.01.2022 A little walk around the preston job as the photos just dont do it justice. Facebook really likes to down grade quality

21.01.2022 Alfresco all finished that included 4 skylights. Going to make a great entertaining area when the warmer weather comes.

21.01.2022 Some close ups of the finer details at the Brunswick job that can't be made out from the previous photos. 1st is the skylight over the shower that has un-ordinary angles. 2nd is the P50 shadow line skirting, a 10mm x 10mm internal right angle that sits on top of the skirting ... 3rd is the stopping bead that gives a nice clean straight line against any object, so no need for architraves Finished photos coming this week

20.01.2022 That's a wrap! Preston reno is all done and came up real sharp with all its angles and reveals

18.01.2022 And here it is, the transformation of this 2 bedroom granny flat. From an empty carcass last week to now looking more like home. Another project complete and ready for its next stage. For any plastering or rendering requirements or general enquiries be sure to get in contact through the page or call 0438599208

18.01.2022 First job for today Outdoor verandah ceiling lined in a water rated plasterboard used in bathrooms to help with the moisture from these cold mornings.

17.01.2022 Did you know I also do rendering? From installation of blue-board and polystyrene external cladding to render application to brick work, cement sheet and polystyrene leaving a flat and smooth finish as shown in the last photo, the first application next to a floated finished product.

15.01.2022 Now taking part in modular homes. These portable homes/studios are made complete in a factory and can be transported straight to your backyard or even a vacant piece of land, that includes Living/kitchen, bathroom and single bedroom. With everything included all that is needed once placed is power and water connected. Highly Engineered to be transported Two sizes will be available roughly 9m x 4.5m and 18m x 4.5m (which is basically two of these together) ... I'll have details upon interest soon

15.01.2022 Brunswick job all finished and sanded. With details ranging from shadow line skirting to the curved walls it will look amazing when its all painted and stained

13.01.2022 A little sneak peak at the progress of the preston renovation.

13.01.2022 In for an emergency repair Some nasty cracks appeared after this house was re-stumped, the worst ones being on the solid plaster fire place and was ready to fall off. Fire place was partially stripped including the external mould, new sheet fitted onto brick work up the side and a new mould fitted and trowelled up and shaped now looking sharp

11.01.2022 A job I started a while ago and finally got back to finish it off. Laundry area ready for cabinetry and a staircase completed with a Shadow line P50 around the skirting and hand railing, just needs a sand and ready to paint

11.01.2022 Brand new build, a 2 bedroom granny flat. Sheet all hung and ready for troweling. Keep an eye out for this transformation and finished product.... For any renovations or patching needs be sure to get in contact

11.01.2022 Another sagging veranda ceiling pulled down. Existing sheet was only screwed around the perimeter leaving the glue to do all the work which eventually gave out. New sheet put up, screwed right across and glued all the way giving extra support and strength

10.01.2022 Sneaking in a little intricate job before I get locked out of homes. This stairwell is full of shadow line top and bottom that wraps around down to the bottom, With a little storage room underneath the stairs. Won't be back for residential jobs for 6 weeks. So anyone needing work/patching have my number ready for when the lockdown hopefully lifts in 6 weeks time ... There will be an interesting/amazing job that starts in the next week or 2 so keep an eye out for that. Stay safe everyone

09.01.2022 Another job I've been on and off with. With the new sliding door in, the plaster was in need of replacing. With 2 different patterned cornices, 1 was pulled down and replaced with the other

09.01.2022 Small bathroom completed and ready for tiling. New sheet on walls and ceiling Have a renovation coming up? Give me a call for a free quote on all plaster work.

08.01.2022 Think your patch is too small and not worth the hassle to get someone out to fix it? I can do all small patching with no hesitation. There's no job to small. All quotes are free

08.01.2022 New build in Brunswick underway thats full of detailed finishes including, shadow line skirting, concealed pelmets, round/curved walls and no architraves leaving a reveal finish. Be sure to check back for the finished product

05.01.2022 Big job under way, cathedral ceiling with the highest point being just over 5.5 metres! All windows will have metal reveals so no architraves. Keep an eye out for the finished product, going to look amazing

05.01.2022 I started Procraft Industries mid 2019 as a new small business for plastering and rendering. After being in the game for 8 years it was time to go out on my own. With the 4 awarded nominations I received during my apprenticeship for 'Apprentice of the Year' to show for the quality of work I put in and produce. I'm a plasterer by trade and picked up rendering through my previous employment My services include any plastering you may require from small patches to renovations an...d even new estates. My rendering services are only for small jobs for now including installing blue board and polystyrene, apply render with a float finish suitable for a texture. Feel free to message or call the number provided for any possible work you may require or anyone looking for a plasterer. I travel all over Melbourne and can venture out further where needed.

04.01.2022 Plaster is all hung, now for the bead setup and to start trowelling

03.01.2022 A few more photos from the Clifton hill apartment. With the bulk head now finished and sheeting between the beams with a tight trowel finish, ready for a sand tomorrow

02.01.2022 1 year ago today I started this business and I just wanted to thank all my new and existing clients and those that have referred me for what feels for a successful first year as a small business. This year we have some big projects coming up that include a heritage listed restoration, new builds and some architectural designed extensions so be sure to keep an eye out for those. And remember for all your plastering and rendering needs be sure to contact PROCRAFT INDUSTRIES
