My sister recently vacated a ...rental and used the company recommended by the real estate (not Amanda and Jeremy’s company). The dude took payment, didn’t complete the job on time, denied the payment until text messages / bank records proved that it had been paid. Then when he finally completed the job, the real estate emailed my sister to say she wouldn’t receive her full bond back until she fixed the garden up She contacted Jeremy who not only squeezed her job in at the last minute, did the following without her even asking - completed the job to the approval of the real estate, and even took before and after pics (off his own bat) and presented them to the real estate.
