20.01.2022 Feeling so grateful for the opportunity to toast 2020 with our wonderful team on Saturday night In a year that has involved the use of the word unprecedented times and social distancing more than we would have liked, it was so special to reflect on our achievements and resilience as a team in spite of all that 2020 has thrown our way. Thank you to @13thbeach for putting on a wonderful spread for us all

19.01.2022 Have you noticed a change in the colour or thickness of your toenails? This is most likely a fungal nail infection. Fungal infections love warm and moist environments. The most common places to pick up a fungal nail infection are public swimming pools, shared bathrooms and gyms, and nail salons where instruments such as nail clippers and emery boards are not cleaned between clients. At Pro Feet Podiatry we use a photodynamic light therapy called PACT. This light therapy us...es a photosensitive agent (blue gel) that reacts with the light from the PACT machine. The interaction between the gel and the light causes an increase in oxygen in the area and leads to fungal cell death without causing harm to the surrounding skin and tissue. Have a read of this weeks blog by Drysdale and Torquay podiatrist Marney, who explains how fungal nail infections can be treated and prevented. https://www.profeetpodiatry.com.au//how-do-i-get-rid-of-my
