07.01.2022 We are excited to announce that the Federal and Queensland government has allowed us to reopen from Saturday 16th May 2020. We take customer and staff safety seriously and the following will apply in the salon: - There will be only a maximum of 10 people in the salon at all times, including staff and customers.... - All salon staff will be wearing face masks. - All salon staff to sanitise their hands before and after serving each customer. - All customers must wear a face mask when they come in. Please provide your own face mask or ask for one at a price per mask - All customers must sanitise their hands upon entry for a minimum of 20 seconds, of which is provided by the salon. - Customers are not permitted to bring a guest that is not getting a service done at the salon. (sorry this will also include children) - Customers who are getting regular nail polish and not Shellac, gel or SNS on their hands or feet will need to be aware there will be no polish drying bays available and you must leave the salon after your service. (so please bring thongs or sandals) - Customers are not to wait for their appointment in the salon. Please inform us when you have arrived and we will call you once we are ready. - Customers who have any flu or COVID-19 symptoms are not to enter the salon. - Due to the large amount of requests and minimum amount of people in the salon at any given time, walk-ins will most likely be refused. - To book please send us a private message through Facebook messenger or at 0452 374 383 with your full name, phone number, service requested, preferred time and date of booking. We will reply back confirming that we have accepted your booking or negotiate the next available time slot available for you. - We have the right to refuse service. We apologise for having these precautions and for any unconvinced this may cause, but this must be practised for the safety of our staff, yourselves, your family, and to the community.
