25.01.2022 My family and I practicing extreme social distancing from today. Started with a trip to my (usual) local farmer in the Swan Valley to stock up fruit, veg and free range eggs. They have gone cashless and a "you touch - you buy" method to reduce people feeling all the produce. Visited my local organic mulch and manure man and get a couple of bags to regenerate my soil ready to plant Winter veg. He put the bags in my boot and paid by card. I called my in-laws to see if I could b...uy them any produce to save them going out at all. And pulled over to the coffee van on the way home, where the 4 people waiting were all standing 4m away from each other. I'm doing this to help flatten the curve. I feel extreme social distancing is one (among many) thing I can do to help do my part. @ Swan Valley

23.01.2022 Shout-out to the family support from afar! My mum bought this for her grandsons when I told her we were doing voluntary self isolation before it's imposed by government. This is my mum supporting us from afar. She lives 1000km North of Perth. We also face chat everyday and check in on each other. ... Our relationship hasn't always been like this, but I'm so happy we've both worked at it over the years so we can be in the place we are today. Take this time to reconnect and grow your relationships. . Also my kids are actively choosing @123nourishme sunscreen these days. They ask only for the sunscreen with the sun on it. #supportlocal @ Bayswater, Western Australia

19.01.2022 I've been quiet on Social Media for a few reasons 1) I'd rather live in the present than online 2) I'm crap at technology... 3) I'm not sure what to share because I know everyone has different values and concerns. But I'm making a pivot. I think we need to share more now, than ever. Share our kindness, share our love and share our gratitude. With so much worry and uncertainty that we have no control over, it's a good time to look for those things to be grateful for. Let this storm be our path to a new normal. I'm not sure what what new normal looks like after we've weathered this storm. I'm hoping we learn to be kinder to ourselves, look inward for all our soul searching questions and more respectful of the earth we live on. I'm going to share daily on how I'm using this time of uncertainty to be creative, love more, and raise the vibration of positivity. I still have some availability for Life Coaching if you want to connect. I'm available via Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp Call or text 0473 492 998 to make a time. Rebecca x

19.01.2022 Our family values are Kindness, Honesty and Community. I talk with my three boys about being kind to each other, friends and nature. And they get it, on a deep level, and it warms my heart watching them share that gift. We also end the day with a daily gratitude over dinner. Master 6, Master 4 and Master 2 are amazing at identifying internal and external gratification, for themselves and the world around them.

02.01.2022 Summer Veg Harvest! Winter crop is going to keep us outside and eating fresh, spray free produce throughout this Covid-19 pandemic. I'm going to share our garden lifecycle with you over the next few months! We grew and ate;... Cucumber Tomato Radish Corn Capsicum Strawberries Runner beans Carrot Beetroot There's something about kids getting their hands dirty in an edible garden. They're learning so much about nature, where food comes from, patience, respect, gratitude.... The lessons are endless. My three boys - 3yrs, 4yrs and 6yrs had the best bonding few days with their grandad and me working on getting our veggie patch up and running. We're only getting capsicum at the moment as regenerating the soil ready for planting Winter veg in a couple of weeks. So excited! We're also getting chickens on Wednesday! Please feel free to tag anyone that would want to follow along our backyard isolation journey with us. #professionalcoachwa #coactivecoaching #coactivecoach #professionalcoach #lifecoach #lifecoachwesternaustralia @ Bayswater, Western Australia
