16.01.2022 Christmas is a time when we reflect on those in our lives we have loved and lost. For some it is a particularly painful time of year when memories of a special person no longer with us take over our thought processes and make us sad. Do you know someone who could use a hug at this time of year or a phone call to say "I remember and I'm thinking of you"? I'm thinking especially of the families I have been privileged to meet this year and who will be missing someone at the Christmas table. 13.01.2022 I'm reflecting on a funeral I attended yesterday for a dearly loved family member, my former mother in law and my daughter's nanna. She was a warm and loving Christian woman who lived her life dedicated to her family and who opened her heart to anyone she met. She had an amazing capacity for forgiveness. She lived a long and fulfilled life. We loved her and will miss her but are comforted by knowing she is in Heaven reunited with her loved ones.
