10.01.2022 Termite treatment and damage is expensive and rarely covered by your insurance company. Maintain your warranty from $150 per annum (see below). During the construction of your home a preventative form of termite management was installed. When this is installed by a licensed Pest controller both the chemical manufacturer and the Pest Control company will warrant the work ongoing. This is dependent on annual termite inspections. If you have not been maintaining your inspections, PPC recommends inspections annually. Termites may not be in your home but having inspections annually will detect them in a tree, woodbox, fencing post ect BEFORE they enter your home.
